After adding the products you have selected from our site to your cart, you can go to the cart page and follow the order screens step by step to complete your order. You do not need to be a member to order, you can shop with or without membership.
You can pay by credit card or by wire transfer.
You can return the products you receive within 14 days without opening them. After your order arrives at our return warehouse, it is inspected and your refund will be made to your bank after the product is confirmed as unused and not damaged.
Filyarn product delivery is made with Aras Cargo. You can make inquiries from Aras Cargo shipment tracking system with your cargo tracking number.
Filyarn can only send within the borders of the Republic of Turkey.
If you contact us by phone or e-mail up to 1 hour after placing your order, your order may be cancelled.
If the orders that appear to have been delivered to cargo have not reached you within 3 working days, you can request information by calling us at +90 537 521 39 79 or by filling out the contact form on the site. In addition, you can check the status of your order on the Aras Cargo website with the cargo tracking number that you received via e-mail.

When receiving your order, make sure to check whether it is damaged. Filyarn.com is not responsible for orders received damaged, and we recommend that you contact the cargo company as soon as possible. However, if damage was found during delivery, please do not accept the order and send it back to the address above as a return and contact us as soon as possible.
After the return confirmation of your order is received, it will be returned to your bank within a maximum of 10 working days. If the refund has not been made within this period, please contact your bank.
